Working on the process

There are a whole bunch of things you can think about when you are working on your process. I preferred speed of doing things first to have quantity but I paid a price of not taking full attention to the accuracy. It resulted in a set of errors which led to a poor quality.

The next time I tried to balance the temptation of being a slow scanner and a reckless producer, tried to tame them both for a change. I did a slow down to only 30% of the cases per hour to study my mistakes.

Working on the process is not about doing the work but it requires that you focus on things that matter, the patterns you overlook, the small dirts you don’t see until up close and the important details to fill up.

When you receive the work, you take responsibility of not wasting your productive time and avoid skimping out.

Tear the paper

Our instructor showed us the quotes for package deal computers, the paper which our family relied for buying our first computer in the past. That same time when he teared the paper in front of us. That is symbolic, which means we should pick our own system unit and build them on our own. That we don’t ever need a package deal from anyone or anything that can reduce our control. Never again to rely on the blowhorns of package promos and extras with little thought on the notions of advantages,reliability and price.

Favorite things

Looking at a window and seeing the colors of the building, watching shows on the media, hearing some files of songs and choosing some activity.

All of which bears two things, the things you prefer and the things you don’t.

What’s vital is you’re aware of what you want. The test is if you’re spending a lot of time and attention to something without conditions, if you feel you have a good feeling for it, then that is (In a large chance, perhaps) what you want.

 It is also a good thing to draw a sharp line of the things you don’t want, to make things a bit clearer when you make some decisions.

No permanent decisions

The Agile methods and practices in
programming tells that one must choose the
critical path that is the most relative
to progress,the one that
has low barrier to entry and
less resistance.

That makes sense in other ways
because given the choice of getting things perfect
and getting things done, the latter can
provide more ways to adapt and improve.

The decisions that are permanent creates a kind of
a sealed reactor that can be harmful if left unchecked.

The decisions that are adjustable and fitted
to what is really happening are more preferrable because
it is less dogmatic,more receptive and natural.

Also, this results in positive and multi-faceted solutions.

Money care

Having involved in a job that includes money is a risk. Money is inherently chaotic.

We all know that when it comes to money, all our natural survival instincts show up just like beans of sweat when things feels hot and active.

All interests are almost at stake, be it from your girlfriend’s birthday to your Tokyo trip in December.

In the past, I processed a hundred thousand worth of invoices and a million worth of bank account to be reconciled.
I can say that even if you’re using Quickbooks software, you can’t paint rainbows and pretend to play in a blindfold with it.

You got to be there, as if it is your own money. You are stiched in the numbers for a while because small mistakes are quite uncool.

It makes sense to take steps in cautiousness and accuracy, though the two concepts are hard to combine in any activity, being natural and more involved creates a bridge between the two.

Today, I am involved in a financial account that involves transfer of information about money.

Different software, practice and discipline.

Though the milk is not there, you got to treat it the same, for information and money are directly equal and related to each other,sometimes the former is more crucial.

But things in the process has to be like breathing, you won’t be alive not doing it, and you won’t feel alive when you always examine it.

Default settings

It does not only apply to the basics of electronics but it also gives way to the roads of human interaction. Call it on the side of genetics, demographics and others. There are people who are more suited, more prepared, ready and compatible than others who in some degree, does not fit at all.

Two points

Having an assessment score of 93 points out of 95 passing grade is something to stare the reality up front at. It makes me understand that the details counts as everything in the whole picture no matter how small and obscure it is.

This is the same as the comparison that you can’t make one million without a cent. I am used to ignore the those tiny little details, (But there are those that really count), that the basics and concepts matter more than the bells and whistles.

It turned out that I made a mistake. I failed to see which details to remember and what are the rules to play it.

Fine details are like the chipsets of a computer and codes of a program without paying attention, things can be more different than it can be. Glad to be reconsidered but the lesson remains.
